试剂描述

Goat Anti-Mouse IgM Gold Nanoparticles 是将山羊来源的抗小鼠IgM（μ链特异性）多克隆抗体共价偶联至金纳米颗粒表面而形成的免疫胶体金探针。该抗体以从小鼠血清中纯化的天然小鼠IgM为免疫原免疫山羊制备，经亲和层析纯化，与人、牛、马血清蛋白的交叉反应降低。金纳米颗粒的局部表面等离子体共振（LSPR）吸收特性使其在可见光区呈现特征性的酒红色，当颗粒聚集或与靶标结合时，LSPR信号发生变化，从而实现可视化检测。该产品提供6 nm、10 nm、12 nm、15 nm、18 nm、25 nm等多种粒径规格。
