试剂描述

Mouse Anti-Human IgG Gold Nanoparticles 是将小鼠来源的抗人IgG（H+L）多克隆抗体共价偶联至金纳米颗粒表面而形成的免疫胶体金探针。该抗体以人IgG为免疫原免疫小鼠制备，经Protein G亲和层析纯化。金纳米颗粒的局部表面等离子体共振（LSPR）吸收特性使其在可见光区呈现特征性的酒红色，当颗粒聚集或与靶标结合时，LSPR信号发生变化，从而实现可视化检测。该产品提供10 nm、15 nm、20 nm、35 nm等多种粒径规格，以适应免疫层析分析、免疫电镜等不同科研场景的需求。
